14-Day Evaluation

Test and evaluate your purchase for up to 14 days from delivery or in-store collection to ensure it fits your swing.

EFT or Card Refund

Choose between a full refund to your original payment card, store credit, or direct bank transfer (EFT).

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund, return, or exchange during the 14-day evaluation window, the returned gear must meet the following criteria:

  • Same Condition: The club(s) must be in the identical condition in which they were purchased and must not show new damage, deep scratches, or sky marks.
  • Original Accessories: Any accessories sold with the club (such as matching headcovers, adjustment wrenches, or shaft adapters) must be returned together.
  • No Modifications: The club shaft, grip, loft/lie, or adapter must not have been modified, replaced, or adjusted after delivery.

The Returns Process

Step 1: Contact Support

Send an email to info@webuyclubz.co.za or WhatsApp us at 068 625 8131 with your order details and reason for evaluation return.

Step 2: Ship or Drop Off

You can drop off your return directly at our Pretoria or Cape Town branches, or arrange courier dispatch. For change-of-mind or sizing returns, return courier shipping costs are covered by the buyer.

Step 3: Quality Assessment

Our specialists will inspect the club within 2-3 business days of receiving the package to verify its condition against the dispatch logs.

Step 4: Refund Settlement

Once approved, your refund will be processed to your credit card or EFT within 5-7 business days. Alternatively, we can issue an instant store credit code.

Frequently Asked Questions

You are welcome to play rounds or use the driving range to evaluate how the club performs. Normal minor ball-strike marks are expected, but deep scratches, clubface cracks, adapter tampering, or drop/skymarks from incorrect hits are not eligible for refunds.
If you wish to return a club due to change of mind, incorrect fit, or personal swing preference, the customer is responsible for the courier collection costs. If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrect model/shaft received, or transit damage), we will arrange and pay for the courier.
Yes! We highly encourage trade-in exchanges. You can convert your return into a WeBuyClubz store voucher, which allows you to seamlessly select an alternative club from our live catalog.
