3. Pre-Owned Golf Equipment
WeBuyClubz specializes in pre-owned, certified second-hand golf equipment. While we perform thorough physical and playability evaluations on all gear before listing, items will naturally show varying signs of wear, cosmetics blemishes, and age. We provide grade ratings (e.g. Good, Very Good, Excellent) and images to describe condition as accurately as possible.
All purchases are protected by our standard 14-day evaluation period. If you swing a club and find it does not suit your game, you may return it under the conditions of our Refund Policy.
4. Accuracy of Billing & Payments
We process all online credit card payments securely via Yoco. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
5. Trade-In Valuation & Buybacks
Quotes offered through our "Sell Your Clubs" valuation system are estimate values based on the parameters you submit. All trade-ins are subject to physical verification by our specialists at our Pretoria or Cape Town branches. We reserve the right to adjust or reject a trade-in offer if the actual condition, specification, or authenticity of the gear differs from the submission.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time at this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website.
